Our Services

We are currently providing home and school-based ABA services, along with parent training and consulting services. Treatment Plans are meticulously crafted by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), and tailored to meet the needs of each learner in their most natural environment. We acknowledge the value of teaching and learning skills in a learner’s most prominent environment and value the importance of acquiring skills through a child-led, naturalistic, and neurodiverse-affirming approach. Our clinical team values diversity and inclusion, continuously working to expand our cultural competency to ensure success in the services we provide to the variety of communities we serve.

Services will be delivered by a team of passionate, competent, and empathetic clinicians on our team. Individual therapy teams will consist of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Their designated role as Clinical Supervisor is to curate the Treatment Plan through initial and ongoing assessments, conduct ongoing observation through supervision, and parent training and, continuously update treatment intervention through program modification. The treatment interventions are implemented by another individual on the therapy team, a Certified and/or Registered Behavior Technician (CBT/RBT). Their role is to execute programming through direct intervention (1:1 services) with the learner, collect data, and engage in continuous communication with the Clinical Supervisor and family. Each clinical team works cohesively with families to prioritize the family's needs and the learner’s needs to ensure the success of treatment.

Service Flow

  • An intake interview will be conducted once it has been established Evolving Pathways is a good fit for your family. This interview provides the opportunity for a Clinical Supervisor to learn more about the learner, their needs, your needs as a family. This is also a good time to inquire about the services we are providing. We acknowledge that this can be a daunting process so, we welcome and encourage a conversation on how we can best meet your family's needs. This is an opportunity to discuss any goals, challenges and concerns you may have.

  • An assessment may be formal (direct assessment with learner) or informal (observation and/or verbal/written interviews). Assessment tools will be chosen, based on the learners age and their current developmental stage. The assessment results provide valuable information which will support curating an individualized Treatment Plan based on the learner's current skill level.

  • An individualized Treatment Plan serves as a blueprint for each learner's development, it will outline their strengths and any areas of growth. The Clinical Supervisor will create unique learning goals, present the goals and course of treatment, and address any questions or concerns you may have, to support modification of the plan to meet everyone's needs.

  • The Treatment Plan will be implemented by the CBT/RBT through direct intervention. Following the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), the CBT/RBT will work with the learner to achieve the outlined goals. The Clinical Supervisor will oversee each learner's progress through ongoing supervision.
